haha hopefully I won't have the same problem you do with breaking them! There is also the Sigelei zmax which has caught my eye... The Vamo kit looks to be from one of the sponsors on this site (http://myepack.co.uk/mods/vamo-v5-full-kit-black-chrome.html) and the batteries look to be the recommended manufacturers Will do some more reading this week and then get something on order soon

Hi!
I think the problem I have is maybe I try and research just a bit too much and then really struggle to choose!
I have had a quick look at the Vamo V5 - I actually think this is the style I would prefer and I have found a kit online which includes 2 batteries, charger etc for £50
I then went to look at some reviews and noticed a few people seem to have had problems with poor quality from these? ???
Might start another thread to try and get some more peoples opinions on this still of VV/VW - in no rush to buy as the Spinner works fine

Thanks all Happy to spend up to £100 for a decent upgrade - have been looking at the VV/VW batteries for a while, just not sure how much of a difference these would make over the spinner I currently have. Will also take a look at the iClear16 This is def a good time to try and stop smoking too, it's pretty chilly outside these days!

Hi I joined this site about a year ago when I first discovered vaping and was looking for more information. I started off with a 510 with the cartomisers, then shortly afterwards replaced the cartomiser with a Vision Nano (which was a lot better than the rubbish cartomisers!) Then a Flavour Vapour popped up in Bristol so I picked up a couple of 600mah Ego style batteries (they were Flavour Vapour branded) with some clearomisers. For some reason, I was never really happy with the flavour and I found that they leaked quite a bit... So I ditched those and decided to buy a VV - went for the Vision Spinner 1300 and tried the Kanger T3S and a Mini Nova (haven't used this one that much). This is by far the best set up I have had to date, although I have still had issues with leaking. I think this has been down to a bad batch of heads for the T3S, the current head I am using hasn't had any problems, where as the last block of 5 kept leaking and I would struggle to even finish off 3ml before doing so! I also seem to get really inconsistent flavour sometimes For the last 12 months I have still been smoking rollies as well as vaping - I have struggled to find the right set up, right flavour liquids, etc to completely replace smoking. I am hoping now to be able to start vaping full time and try and cut out the tobacco! Might look into a few more new purchases - anybody want to recommend where I can go from the VV Ego style battery? It is good, I just feel that there could be something better out there! Looked at the Innokin MVP 2 a few times now.... Anyway, enough rambling! Hello (again) and I hope to find the right set up this year to make it easy for me to cut out the tobacco!

Jen - I think I ordered pina colada too!
Zeldamum - I will have to remember that for next time (luckily my order was only £15 so 15% isn't much of a difference)
Thanks again all for the replies - trying the new liquid this morning (and really liking it) has really got me in the mood for trying out different types and vaping more than I currently am (new starter - still smoking too)

Jen - What is the difference between clearos and cartos? There were 3 cartos included with the kit so that's what I use at the mo Andy - Thanks, at the start I always had the intention to smoke and vape and was hoping that over a period I would just cut down and stop the tobacco. Even if I do replace smoking with vaping completely, I will never say I wont have the odd smoke from time to time! Clearos are plastic tubes that screw onto your battery (not the AIO though) with wicks and an atomiser. So you can see the juice level, and I think the flavour is better (your mileage may vary!). If you got the iTaste next, that'd be what you'd probably use with it, like these. I never intended to quit the fags, I just didn't want to keep having to go outside when staying in B&Bs. A week later, and with the iTaste, I'd quit completely Ahh right, I thought that may be what you meant and didn't think it would be suitable for mine. I am reading a lot about people not intending to quit and then doing so, which sounds great to me! Who would have though that you didn't even have to try to stop?!

sleepyduck - I am looking forward to the sound of the liquids I ordered today!
Ballsy - I have never been a fan of menthol smokes so haven't ordered any menthol liquid yet (I have just ordered mint though, maybe that is going to be exactly the same?!)but I guess it would be completely different vaping
I'm always open to trying things first and then deciding if I don't like something!

Hi all
Right, I joined a little over a week ago I think and thought it was time to post my experience so far
Firstly, sorry but I went against everyone's advice and bought the Innokin AIO PCC starter kit - the reason was it was small, easy and simple. I wasn't sure how much I would use it and this looked perfect for my first needs. I also have no problem investing more at a later date on other equipment, I felt that either way this would still get some use further down the line.
I have been smoking roll ups as well as vaping for the last week, I am still trying to find a juice that I really like (just ordered another 7 samples today). I filled up a new carto last night with a new sample (I bought the kit and 4 samples) and it's the first one I have actually really liked, as a posed to being OK...
I am very happy with the Innokin kit, the PCC holds its battery for ages! (I actually haven't charged it up since I got it last Friday) but then again I am not using it full time as such. Hopefully once I find some juices that I really like, this will change.
I am sure at some point in the future I will get the recommended Riva, but at the moment it's more than enough for my needs
