I've just checked and there are no errors showing overnight markus and orders have come through as normal. I can only suggest making sure you are registered and logged in, clearing cookies & cache or trying a different PC/Browser. As a general rule - if the goods are still in your basket - the order hasn't gone through. Also, you will always receive a confirmation email once the order is successful (check junk/spam). |

Don't cancel piano lessons. Post can take between 1 to 3 days. Postie will put a red card through your letterbox if your not in. But there's a wee ilttle spanner in the works - it hath a name - medic alert and I'd be oh so pleased if I could go to the medics with a provari 3!!! (and wind her up!!!)  Take your time and get used to it when you get it Jane  Don't take the poor thing out straight away and risk its life - it needs to get to know you and your reputation first  |

I must say its with regret I never managed to purchase a VE mug, not much chance now  We never actually sold a single one Greg - they were just giveaways. And, the last one ever was given to Spikeyfridge at VapeFest Might see it on the antiques roadshow in years to come  |

Thanks sydsut I think we are over the worst of it now and it's held it's own today. One things for sure - I'm not staying up all night babysitting it again Just to keep you informed - we are running at 24-48 hours for shipping, so orders placed after 3pm today will ship Thursday. We should be back to same day shipping by the end of the week  It's not a problem but I've just noticed that in my order #337773 the Evo Caramel Coconut Cookie (VE850-A6) I've ordered is at 24mg, can you please change it to 6mg if that's at all possible. Thanks and apologies for any hassle I'm giving you.  No problem, we'll amend it before shipping. |

Just made an order for juices and concentrates VE Jason and thought it was going to crash at 6PM but it completed OK. Hope your future (whatever you choose to do) is a mellow and fruitful one. Yes they are mate. They defo have the ni200 heads with the blue seals, I was looking at them earlier. Can't get on site at the mo to post link ! My humblest apologies Greg ... I was looking in the vaping spares section where the rest of the coil heads are listed. Why on earth would Jason list the ni200 heads separately in the vapourshark section as aaront903 kindly pointed out?  ETA: I think those are horizontal coils as they can be dismantled ... I don't believe any of the new vertical coils can be. They are horizontal coil and they went in the Vapor Shark section because they came with the Sharks originally (not may other TC Mods had been released then) Also, I didn't want to have the less knowledgeable customers buying them from the regular tanks section by mistake. |

I think we are over the worst now and the site seems stable (famous last words). Any issues, please let us know and we'll get them sorted out asap. A few of the products seem to be reverting back to full price (Some Provari's and Aspire Batteries) and we'll get that sorted tomorrow. If you do want any of those and don't want to risk them going out of stock - just buy them and add a note in the comments and we'll refund the difference as soon as the order is processed. Very sorry to hear this. I have always had excellent service from Vape Escape and have always recommended them. Decided to treat myself to a Provari which shows a sale price but when I add it to my cart it goes back to full price.  Somebody has had the same problem with Aspire Batteries kailey and I can't see any obvious reason why its doing that. Which Provari was it? I'll have a look at the settings. |
