If it's from us Ballsy - send it back and let's have a look at it. If it's hot enough to burn your hand, you shouldn't be using it really

7-10 days for the Kanger SR, Superdon.
We're out of quite a lot of things after the Chinese New Year, but deliveries should start arriving again next week.
I'll update here as things come back in.

Thanks Romelee, I'll look into that.
If they are just a very tight squeeze - put some e-liquid around the rubber 'o' ring and always put the threaded end through first.

See...you've got me ranting now Ok...a real true story As many of you know, I used to be in the building trade and we were involved in a contract to refurbish one of the North West's busiest sorting offices. One of the electricians who was working for us came to find me one day because he had a problem with the lighting over-heating above the suspended ceiling tiles in one of the main sorting rooms. When we took the ceiling tiles down, there were literally hundreds of empty letters, packets, parcels up there that had been opened, emptied and got rid of. I suppose that incident has biased me ever since

We write off around £300 per week in loss/damage/non arrival. Unfortunately, it does seem to be getting worse week by week. I can only echo the other replies, that it's incredible. Would a way in which you knew all the packets were delivered or not, be alot more expensive? ps I've had no problems with RM here, although some companies have sent out the wrong or incomplete stuff, but they always sort it out, so no beef there from me. Parcelforce on the other hand, don't even bother delivering half my stuff. That's the problem Womble - 75% of our packets are 'Signed For', but they still go missing just the same. Business accounts are very complex and compensation is virtually zero, other than going through a very time consuming process involving internal investigations. We had a particular problem with parcels in a certain area a couple of months ago and instead of talking to the business managers, I rang the manager of the local sorting office directly and asked him to contact the Police because of the volume of packets going missing through his office. Amazingly, they all turned up within 7 days.

It's not too bad for an individual, because the compensation will apply.
So, I think you would be right to use that method for larger orders.

Unfortunately, it does seem to be getting worse week by week. that worries me Jason as I run group buys, fortunately none have gone missing so far but doesn't mean they wont. I take it that there standard mail and not registered and signed for? Unfortunately not Andy - a large percentage of them are 'Signed For' and they are still 'Progressing through the postal system' several week/months after posting. The compensation for business accounts is very limited, which is why it needs following up and the guilty parties brought to book.

I know my views on it and what I would like to see done, but that would get me ranting all night. The bottom line is that A4 size packets just don't get lost in the system...therefore it is theft....and they should be prosecuted and lose their jobs. We are keeping records of everything that goes missing and will be taking it further with our account manager, but it's a very long winded and drawn out procedure unfortunately. To be honest, I get angry just talking/typing about it. So I won't
