Quite alright matey, yeah the f16 looks just like the DC cartos with the flange/skirt but only has a single coil and has two (small) punches in it, but they seem like rocking horse poo to find at the moment! I think you can get the boge ones with both one and 2 holes, I only ever used the single hole ones, the hole is a decent size, and I use mainly PG juice, so not really an issue for me, I think the 2 holed ones are more for the heavier VG juice.

I think that's not quite right, as far as I'm aware, the f15 tank uses standard dotted cartos, the f16 uses different ones, skirted and double dotted ones with a lower resistance (about 1.6-1.7ohm). The standard LR dotted cartos come in at about 2.0 - 2.3 I think, got some here and I'm sure they are about that, but my vamo now has no threads to quickly test them

The reason I was after the f16 specifically was that it was one of the lower resistance single coils about at the moment

Edit: just to add that I know that I can use the standard cartos in it as well, but the F16 just feels so different!

Thanks Karma, thats where I usually buy from, and where I got the f16 tank from. I already have some of the boge cartos from there and use them in my other tanks, but I'm properly blown away by how good the F16s are in comparison (even to my dual coil cartos) - I got the tank today, and can't put it down!

Sometimes I take my wee gripper, more recently my sigelei 19, other times I take my ego with me with a mini nova. I always have a riva or ego in my spares though! Just so easy to carry about

This is almost a mirror of myself when I first started, same liquids (TW), same sore throat and mouth. Looked it up on the web -as I was worried about being allergic to the liquids or PG/VG - and apparently it's not an uncommon symptom of stopping smoking. Although the length of time it takes to take effect can vary, mine took about the same as you. I had it for about a week or so (I think), and took to strepsils and lozenges and it seemed to pass. Still get a raw mouth occasionally now, but it is only for the odd day here and there. Hope it helps, and happy vaping!
