Matter resolved they are giving me a shop credit code ...as p&p is too expensive ..quoted robby $15 so all in all I would say their customer services are excellent Excellent, there is always something else to spend your cash on at Fasttech lol, at least now you have a head start lolol  Already on it robby |

 yip they must've had a fair idea they were faulty ...I hope fasttech are covered for such eventualities ...however it'll cost them more in the long run if people send them back then they have the postage fees which will be more than the item cost to refund .. I needed to use that smiley ....it's been taunting me since last night when Jen used it

I got a reply asking for a photo .... ?.....? If you dont have a camera capable of showing the problem, (many havent) then tell them that. I told them I couldn't send photo which I can't lol...had no reply back  |
