received the item I bought from drd today. It is in excellent condition was very well priced and received quickly, what more can you ask for, cheers.

Perpetua thank goodness you said you were going to rummage in your storeroom, I would dread to think of the comments if you said you were going to rummage in your drawers!! I've got a fair few rba heads stocked (not to mention 23 spare glasses) but as the saying goes "You can never have too many"

Personally I think this legal threat is total b.llocks. But as a matter of interest I contacted my Brother who is a barrister, his comment was that it would be possible for 2 firms to co-operate on a brief, but only if separate briefs were issued against different respondents. he further stated it would be as rare as rocking horse droppings to do this on a no win,no fee basis.(Not quite his exact words)

Perhaps his most salient point was that not to forget if the allegation is true it is  neither slander nor libel
