My favourite concentrates in this profile are the FLV ones.

Raisin Rum & Oatmeal Raisin.

Oatmeal raisin isn't exactly what you asked for but get it. It blew me away. 0.5% on its own is absolutely delicious!

2% raisin rum is pretty lovely but add a touch of LA butter rum and its delish.

There is this one from L&T, prr.

When I tested it I had to go up to 20% to get a strong enough stand alone, and it was a little weak on the rum - if I were wanting a stronger rum I'd start with around 15% of this and 5% of PA's Dark Rum (which is a really nice boozy flavour).
