If its a $20 flashlight your buying you'll be fine :-) Does sound like a 3 week shipping wait, are they made to order?
Sound about right that £45 on the Super T Chrissie,if buying outside the EU always add a third of the price on,just incase.
At least you know now Ian,ready for when you buy the Darwin ;-)

I doubt they'll open it up but they will go by whatever price is put on the customs sticker. If he sticks a 'lesser' price on then it wont be covered for insurance if it goes missing. Some do come through without getting stopped. If you haven't got it in say 10 days you'll know Customs have snazzed it for charges, keep your fingers crossed and i'll look forward to your review :-)

I'll be the bad news bearer :-( Shipping in from the USA....anything over £18 can get hit with Customs charges. And they are normally about a third of the cost + £8 (if Royal Mail handle it). Juice i ordered priced at $45 cost me an extra £13 to collect,£8 RM charge and £5 customs.Sorry Ian.

Not sure if anyone has seen this....but just incase you feel like leaving a comment. If the UK newspapers etc can quote Rosenthal/FDA etc i believe we should have a right to join in any US discussion on e-cigs.This is about the FDA's new Harm Reduction Products part of their Tobacco regs. www.thecre.com/tpsac/?p=1027#comments

Wotsit,i'd say thats exactly right.....i saw the original 'i quit with e-cigs' thread on Ebay and went out of my way to avoid reading it as i couldn't stand the thought of failing to quit again. When the second thread started up my curiosity got the better of me and thats when i really started to get interested.....i think if i'd actually been able to see and try someones in the beginning my ticker would have an extra 6 months on it.
Congrats to Lilacs son...well done lad.

I'm glad that Jason is joining in the US fight.....all vendors should. If they don't join now each vendor will end up fighting the FDA on their own....i can't quite believe that they haven't set up a similar trade group to ECITA there.Cheers Lilac.
