What a dreadful day its been.
It started of sunny but at 2pm it started to rain and has tried to rain ever since.
We've had hours and days of gorgeous sun.
We did need rain though.
Lil Bud has got a night off from spraying the garden:)

Good day everyone. Tweather is ok:)The cig combusitiong seems to be going ok. I did have before bed and I sllept till 7am this morning  Lil Bud has spent the morning planting a load of summer flowering bulbs as I was at me fave cafe having my bacon and egg ba. I didnt pay for it though as Id forgotten my wallet. Twas ok though as the propietor is a friend who knows I'll be back there this affy. |

Upto now Ive only had 12 today.
I will have another b I go to bed.
Unfortunately I puked earlier. It's thanx to the Champix but thats not stopping me taking them.
I'll just have me biccy earlier and *touch wood* it will stop me bein sick.

I still havent dropped to one every one & three quarters but I do seem to loose one or two each day.
I dont know where cos Im not making a concieous effort not to have one.
I just dont. Like yesterday I started the day with 13 in a packet and by 10pm Id just opened another packet and had my last for the day so all Id smoked was 14:)
Im pleased how its slowly going:)

One day I will get an ad up.
Ive just spent half an hour sorting what I want to sell so it maybe soon that I get them sorted and up.
Champix is slowly working its way.
When I started them I was upto 25 cigs aday.
Im on the blue (1mg) tablet and have been for past four days and Im down to 15 aday (approx).
I was smoking a cig every hour until this affy and Im thinking knocking it to 1 every hour and a half as its worked well this affy.
Will let ya know how thats going sometime.

What I now would like to know is how do I put pictures of the things I have for sale on that board.
I know Ive put pictures up before but for the life of me I cant remember now:(
It maybe Saturday/Sunday before Ive sorted things out for sale.

Im trying to get off the dreaded cigarettes as theyre not doing me any good healthwise.
Im now on Champix which is a smoking ceastation thing.
It worked last time I used it. I stopped smoking for 3 months but started again when some one offered me one.
I was STUPID but Ive learnt my lesson.
Also e cigs dont agree with me. They make me cough badly.
I MUST stop and I will.
