Afternoon all. Im not doing my e cig cos it gets me throat. I have quite a few cartridges (approx 30) left along with 2 batteries and 3 atomisers and 1 charger with plug (and 2 pin cable) that I want rid of. The cartridges are like the stubs of a real cigarette. I cannot gaurantee any of these items as Ive not used them ffor months due to restarting smoking. Im gonna give up the cig but Im not going to the e cig. I dont think you're itching from the juices Raggie.
Have you changed your washing powder?
Maybe its that.
My wife and I cant take the Bio washing powder whoever makes it.
We have to use Non Bio and its stopped the itching.We for some reason went back to Bio and we started itching again so reverted back to Non Bio and everything went ok.
We make sure we get the right stuff so try that. Change your washing powder.

Ouch for that man. Id sue the council  Still not 100% Marj. I was up to early again this a.m. but not sick. I have to learn I cant do things now though. Its just no good me trying and getting naquered so Ive gotta stop. |

Evening all  Glad you got your juices Scylla. I dont know whats up wiv me today but Im deefa dunfa (naquered) Ive tried building this table kit but I couldnt. I got everything sorted. All the wood placed out. All the screws sorted. Instructions sorted. When I say I I mean Lil Bud and me. Made sure me cordless screwdriver was fully charged and the screw driver was ready. Lil Bud and I looked at the instructions. Put them down. We decided I couldnt do it as it got me confurtled movin about and I just didnt feel to good and Lil Bud wasnt sure what to do. I've now learnt my DIY days are completely over. I cant do it  I used to love doing this sort of thing but no more. I mustnt even think about it. I'll ask one of me bros or a memer of the coffee gang. |

Evening again. Still no snow Last night started very badly. We didnt get to bed till nearly midnight cos we watched Casuality and it was late for me taking me sleeping tablets. At 1a.m I just couldnt sleep so I said to Lil Bud 'Are you asleep?' Fortunately she wasnt so I asked for another sleeping tablet. It worked. I was asleep in no time and I didnt wake till 8.30a.m. this morning Me bro isited us . It was great seeing him . He brought me some of the birthday pressies that were ready. Me birthday is on 6th Jan and I'll be 50yrs young:) |

Evening all. I had a bad morning (in that I woke to early). I woke cos I was coughing (due to my smokin ) We've kept the snow clear. Its not shown its way up N.W. It had abit of a hale but nothing much.It were more wet than white stuff. |

Never mind Tim - just keep trying  MM Fear not magic. One day I will stop. I pwomise but I dont know when. Have an e-cig in the place of one or two of them - no pressure, see how you go from Scylla I still (occasionally) use me ecig Scylla but prefer me real cigs Chrissie the cigs I now smoke are less than £4 a pack of 20cig. Ive got loads of cartridges (and juices) so I dont think it was the cost. Its just me being stoopid and not giving up. I know I should but I dont want to (yet). Im an obstinate burger |

Hiya from a failed non smoker.
I just cant quit.
The patches have failed.
When I go for things to cut down I go down to start with but then I creep up.
Im on about 1 an hour now (but I do miss one or two or three during the day),
After the new year I think Im gonna go back on the champix and see if I can stop.

Good to see you again Marj fishinahat I believe that the none smoking person at my clinic is a total wash out. He says 'Why do you want to give up? Have you decide when you're going to stop?' I believe he's no help at all and very patronising. Now I cant do with that. I need me dr talking to me calmly and asking how he could help. I just say 'If you can suggest a way of me stopping' then let him suggest to me what to try. Im looking if the patches dont work going back to the champix and remember to have something to eat before I take any of the tablets (or I'll puke). I WILL GIVE UP. |

Evening all.
I'm still here and still smoking but Im only having 7 a day but Im still on the patches.
Next week I will be going onto the mid patches.
They start at High and you have them for 6 weeks then you go to the medium for a few weeks then low again for a few weeks.
One day I will stop.
I dont know when but soon I hope.

Scooter and walking frame back. I managed to do without a ciggy till 10 mins ago. Only had 5 upto now over the day and it's 12 hrs+ since I got up. <p>I worked out why I was up so ealy. It was thanx to the freezing weather. I was freezing cold. I cant have a hot bottle but Ive got an electric blanket for my feet (which was on). The reason I was frozen was cos we have a fan on one and the blanket over my legs wasnt thick enough. It will be tonight and I'll wear thermal socks as well. Im gonna be cooked |
