With all due respect guys, I do think we need to bear in mind that Fasttech is on the other side of the world, and apart from the fantastic business they are doing with UK vapers at the moment, I'm sure they are shipping to most other countries too. They have to contend with the vagaries of both Hong Kong shipping and our dear Royal Mail, both of which are not exactly reliable themselves.
As they are getting their stock in from various different suppliers, apart from the little spat recently with Innokin, they must be rushed off their feet.
Their customer service is improving all the time, and they are always open to suggestions for new stock. Granted, communications could be better, but at the end of the day a cheap product from thousands of miles away, contending with two postal services, customs control, and other blips, is well worth waiting a few weeks for. We are spoilt with the service we receive from UK vendors, and perhaps expect a bit too much from FT.
Oh, I almost forgot - their prices are a fraction of what we pay in the UK!!! And free shipping too!!!!!
We all need to be a little more patient - the end result is worth the wait, and with very few problems - my Vamo replacement will arrive when it arrives, and I'm not going to be stalking the postie, it will just be a pleasant surprise when it turns up.
