Yes the kick ring is still attached, try using rubber gloves if you have any, it will stop it slipping in your fingers

uhmm.. I have been wondering if this should come off, but it doesn't seem to ...I tried looking for threads opening but it really seems like one solid piece xD Will try disassembling it now... If it is too tight, bit strange but try to tighten it more first then back the other way sometimes brass fitment will loosen after doing this

I think probably the kick ring is tightly stuck to your top cap. It will come off and your problem should be solved Its brass so it may well be over tight you may need to eat more Aldo

Firstly Aldo the mod even though it is a clone should come with the kick ring, i have never had one without it. forget the top pin for a second, the black delrin in the switch is it higher than the contact pin, the delrin in the swithch housing takes out battery rattle, i would unscrew this slightly and then reassemble the device, i have used flat top and nipple top batteries, try this first and then come back to us

Yeah for me personally i dont want any vendor logo/branding on my devices, even more so a device of this price, why you say because it then becomes personal to the vendor and not me apart from a transferable serial number. This piece is styled and sold in a way that the device becomes personal to you

If they wanted their name on it i think C9V engraved somewhere on it would of been better rather then the whole name, they might aswell put their telephone number on it aswell whilst they are at it On a good note, they now stock the DNA30D Yeah that would have been a bit better

Sorry richo71 thought youd already bought it No Not yet but was seriously thinking about it, but these 2 negatives have put me off, what ever possessed C9V to have them pre-engraved, if they needed to be engraved with something i would have preferred them to have the makers name on them not a vendors name, this seriously detracts this device imho

It is a great looking mod, not without it's faults though, non serviceable fire button is a big negative along with the device being pre-engraved may swing my pounds elsewhere

Just watched Todd review of this as i was seriously thinking of purchasing one from C9V, but i failed to watch the rest of the video after he mentioned that C9V have had them pre-engraved with "cloud 9 Vaping" on them, REALLY, they should have just left them blank imho then i could have had it engraved my self if i wanted to, if bought in the good old USA you can have it personalized like Todd's, Not happy that C9V went down this road on such an expensive device.
