Unless my mate suddenly decides that's when his stag do is (can't beat planning ) I can't see it being a problem.

When i first plugged mine in, it failed to install driver.
I ignored it.
Downloaded MVR, and after finally getting the right one, and plugging in the evic after running it, it worked.
I just clicked on transfer data, or whatever it is (haven't got it with me) and the rest, as they say, was history

I got mine yesterday and had similar gip. Bought mine second hand so was already running 1.3 First download I did was MVR 1.0 Poor start Downloaded the relevant one. Still had the hump. It doesn't seem to like the device being plugged in when you first run MVR Just for giggles, try unplugging the evic, running MVR then plugging it back in. Worked for me Or to put it another way..... What Rincewind said

oh well done. but try to remember what you did to it. could be really helpful I took the same route any man with no DIY skills take. Beat about a bit, smacked it on a couple of things, tried my best to break it, then cast it aside. Magic

Slowly becoming my "go to" for juice trials purely based on cost. Had about half a dozen different ones, and no duffers yet

SS Vamo in short mode with protank, black LT with Nova. (I think you still have to get SS Vamo, the chrome comes off the others). I use both. The Vamo in short mode weighs a little more than the LT in long. VW (on the Vamo) is better if you change what you put on it a lot, because you don't have to worry about resistance. The LT button is a little more comfortable. Do you find the LT button quirky? I have the mini, and sometimes you have to batter it to get it working.

I probably wouldn't use the Vamo in 18650 mode. An 1100mah VV ego battery lasts me 2 days lol. I don't need it for battery life, I want it because I want a shiny pretty thing that my Vivi Nova sts won't look daft on : You got a budget collie2011? I have the Vamo and the Lavatube, no contest for me on value for money alone I would get the Vamo. I have loads of mods here and that is always my go to because it just performs, easy to use, easy to programme. I like the look of the Tesla but it`s one I havent got so cant really comment on it, good reviews though and I believe the centre contact is adjustable (please correct me if I am wrong folks) They should all be made with an adjustable centre contact. It can solve so many connection problems. It does indeed have an adjustable centre pin good sir

What about.... Evic Innokin svd Smoktech sid Sent from my Galaxy Note 2 Just not keen on the Evic, not sure why. The Innokin is nice but if I spend that much on my first one I will be shouted at haha, Not overly sure on the Smoktech one either. I don't know why but they look too sleek to me, is that odd lol Okey dokey, that would be the Tesla then, as it is ribbed (possibly for her pleasure, I couldn't accurately say )

Have/had all 3 Lavatube: Good little workhorse, but unless you're buying a black one, a bit pricey as is only VV rather than VV/VW Vamo: Cracking bit of kit for the price, probably pick one up same price as lavatube, but get VW and a choice of battery configuration. Weighs as much as a St Bernard though. Tesla: The marmite mod Great at what it does, bit odd looking, and the button position IS a pain in the 'arris. That said, for it's size, it's light as a feather and has a certain WTF appeal if you like that sort of thing

By coincidence, I took this the other day. Everything that isn't a mod is a shambles, and hence not in the pic
