LOL if I only had a nickel for every time I've heard "immediately" or "tomorrow" from you folks- 6 times. Anyways a friend from the bank where my CC was issued from has been following this debacle and has decided to file a report with PayPal as he feels it's not in the best interests of their clients to be aligned with VB based on erroneous and false factual information being sent and a breach of customer confidentiality. He also believes this was done with malicious intent to circumvent my right to dispute this issue via PP. As for the Vamo I've already ordered another from a reputable Vendor. He will also be in touch with his counterparts at other institutions to "chat" about this issue. I would prefer it shipped as soon as possible and if that means paying postage/ shipping costs I have no problem with that. My Order Reference is UBNNSWBDC. Thank you very much. Hi, sorry for replying so late. The new Stainless Steel VV650 body will be sent to you soon. After the holiday, so many things to do.

Before I mailed the defective Vamo back they said they would send a new one immediately. I mailed it on Friday and on Sunday I received a tracking # for the new Vamo. On Tuesday I received an email stating they would resend my defective Vamo back to me when I placed my next order with them completely disregarding our previous agreement. After the blatant lies and deceit do they really think I would ever order from them again. Hi, sorry for this. The one changing emails with you didn't explain to you clearly. The reply that sending the new vamo with your next order is a suggestion, and we often do this for the sake of convenience, that is you can get the replacement with your new order and no extra postage is needed. Many customers prefer this, but we ONLY do this on your approval. If you would rather not, we will send the new vamo immediately. We have no intention to cheat. Sorry but could you tell me your order reference number so that I can prepare the new vamo for you?

I really do appreciate robby speaking to VB and, hopefully, clearing this up. Hi Petey , am sure it will work itself out , as for the tracking well that's a laugh at the best of times, I have had tracking numbers sent and the item could be anywhere according to the tracking system, but 99% of the time the item will turn up at your door, patience is the order of the day with VB.

No miscommunication. Why would they send me a brand new tracking # on Sunday? I have been in touch with the owner, I think there has been a misunderstanding here. They say that they meant that they would send it with your next order. It wasnt an attempt to take your money. It was just for convenience. I have the same difficulties communicating with them as everybody here. He says that he will send your replacement as soon as possible. petey

PLEASE completely disregard the above post applauding VaporBreak's efforts to resolve this issue. After mailing my faulty Vamo back on Friday to VB at a cost of $12.00 including packaging VaporBreak has now changed their mind and told me they are NOT sending me a replacement and will only send it if I place another order with them. It's very obvious they were stalling for time regarding the PayPal 45 day limit in which I could lodge a complaint against via PP. So now because I allowed myself to trust the "good folk" at VaporBreak I am now minus my Vamo and the $50.00 I spent on it. Am I allowed to post a Vendor review here as I wish to warn others of the extreme risk they take when purchasing from VaporBreak? What VB does not realize is I have one trump card left up my sleeve and fully intend to use it.

Just an update. Have been very busy with some personal family issues. VB has agreed to ship me a new Vamo and I'm very pleased and impressed with the outcome. I believe the original issues had to do with communication and growth problems. Min has now hired a total of 4 extra employees and I believe this will reflect in a very positive manner for VB and customers. Throughout the entire process I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and I would definitely order from them again. Thanks once again for all the help and support I was given here. Once the family issues are in order I plan to be more involved here. Cheers and thanks once again. Geez I just reread the above and it sounds like an infomercial LOL.

It's going to cost about $8.60 tax included so I'm not doing too bad. I will keep you updated as the the "ending". Thanks once again and it makes my day when I meet someone that's willing to take the time to help and teach others. I'm sure at some point in time I'll be picking your brain again LOL. Cheers. LOL I knew I was taking a chance with I ordered and this time I lost. It's like doing renovations- once you're at a certain point there's no going back. And as I always tell people that are having problems "at least it's fixable". Again thank you ever so much for trying to help and more importantly teaching me something- that's invaluable Hope it doesn`t cost too much to send back mate, always glad to help on this forum

I think while I have the opportunity I'll send it back. I really love the Vamo and place no blame on the Vendor as these things happen and it was just the luck of the draw IMO. Thank you so very, very much and although the issue wasn't fixed I learned a ton of stuff from you and for that I am in your debt. Really liking this forum and the people here. Still getting 0. From the base cap to the top cap, connector threads is 0. When I contact the post where the atty contacts I get 5.9 volts. That`s as it should be, but you need to fire the atty with the meter connected between the top and the bottom of the Vamo, it should only be 0.1V ish

And now the Vamo is reading my batt as 3.4 volts yet multi reads it at 3.8 volts. Have used it for about 1 hour normal vaping and batt has gone down from 4.1 to 3.8 volts.
