Asked if they'll be adding Ekowool too Then it will be a One Stop Rebuilders shop I also emailed them about Ekowool. They've not replied but someone one another forum mentioned that they will be stocking it this coming week. Oops! Already been mentioned!

Yes, you need to punch a hole in the carto lementalDo you have a carto punch? I've never really had a problem getting a tank off a battery. I think a lot of my drip tips are a snug fit in the carto so if I hold onto that the carto screws out Thanks No I don't have a punch. I though there would already be hole/s in the Boge! Could you please recommend one and how to punch? I've just tried unscrewing the X8 by holding onto the drip tip and it does unscrew. I was holding the tank to unscrew before. Doh! When I put the drip tip back on and screw everything back in, the drip tip does keep revolving rather than stopping when the screw is tight. I'm assuming this is normal.

Thanks all I was planning to use the supplied drip tips as they look quite nice. Do you not need the bottom screw when you're taking the tank and carto off the device? If I try and do that without the screw, the tank comes off leaving the carto still screwed onto the Vamo. If tha tank had any juice in it, it would spill out. Also, what's a good way to prime a carto? Also, have got my Boge cartos. They don't have any holes in them. Do I need to punch some in?

Today I took delivery of a Vamo and X8 carto tanks. Still waiting for the battery which should be here very soon. I'm comfortable with how to operate the Vamo as I've read the pdf and watched a good youtube vid. I come in need of help!! All I know about cartos is that the bottom screws into the Vamo, there's a little hole at the bottom of it from which juice from the tank enters. That's the extent of my knowledge ??? I'm looking for basic guides on cartos i.e how to prepare them, how to check them, clean them (?), when to replace them. Also any do's and don'ts - however basic they may seem! Also it may sound silly, but also how to vape with them. I ask this because with my ego/CE5 kit, I take 3 draws then put it down to allow the wick to soak up juice. Do you do anything similar with cartos? From watching reviews of anything to do with the X8, it seems that the reviewers assume people watching know what they're doing. They probably hadn't figured me as one of their viewers. Sorry for so many questions but any advice or links to simple guides would be fantastic. I'm a bit flaked out now so hope to wake up to a reply or two in the morning Goodnight all

Ordered a Nitecore P25 torch (shipped 04/05/2013) and then an Olight beam diffuser for it (shipped 08/05/2013) diffuser turned up today but still no sign of my torch how long should I give it before I email them? Isn't the registered delivery 10-14 working days? I'd contact them if it's outside that. I wouldn't worry just yet. Have you checked the tracking information they sent in the dispatch email? I had one order after 7 days (5 working days) and my previous order took a few days longer. Bear in mind that their stuff doesn't all come from one warehouse. I've had orders shipped from Singapore and orders shipped from HK. I don't really understand this registered delivery though. It says on the packages, 'Signature required' yet the postman has never asked for a signature.

lemental have you tried giving them a good soak in boiling water it sometimes is the wicks that are contaminated or even soak them in sterilising fluid i have had the same sort of thing with mine & good clean seems to sort them out? Thanks denis No I've not tried that. I only gave one clearo a rinse before putting a new head on. I've got some sterilising tablets somewhere. What would you recommend I do? Take the clearos apart and soak everything for a couple of hours in boiling water with the tablet mixed in? Sterilised for an hour, rinsed thoroughly with boiling water, dried but still the same damn awful taste. I think these are going to have to go back

Thanks again taz Ordered some LR and a couple of SR just to see if I find any difference. With the Vamo being VV/VW I'm guessing there won't be too much in it.

Did the X8 come with both the top and locking screw on the side of the tank? Only came with one screw. Was hoping for two. I might email them and ask if they can source some spares but I'm not going to hold my breath on that one. Not really sure if the second screw is that necessary as it takes a bit of force to make the tank slide but I'd probably rather it was there if I'm carrying it around. I've got three X8s so I'm just going to use a screw from another for the time being.

Thanks. Another question, sorry!!
Which cartos do you find work best with the X8? I was thinking of ordering some Boge from Vapingthings and they do LR (2-2.4) and SR (2.8-3).
