As many of you know we have had technical issues with our emails/website, this has resulted in our customer services team being backlogged and in turn some customers were not happy with our level of customer service, which is why we have hired extra staff to respond to emails and telephone calls faster. To customers who have had communication problems with us regarding their orders this is mainly due to the email/website problems we had on the weekend.
For all those that have been negatively affected by our customer service, I sincerely apologise. We will work extra hard to change your opinions of us. We are very passionate about the products we have and always strive to have the best products for our customers. We are growing all the time and the comments in this thread should not detract from the fact that the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services.

igottheremedy Could you explain why your you tube channel has also been closed? It just ads up to why so many folks are a tad worried at the moment. Please keep communicating about what is going on, if you don't, folks will just add 2 & 2 together & make 5 The Youtube channel was closed as our emails went down for while - two accounts are linked. Our emails are now up and the youtube channel should be back up shortly. I hope that everyone can be patient with us for a tad bit longer - everything should be back to normal Monday evening. I will keep updating everyone on this thread

Our website is going under maintenance and our IT team is expecting to fix the issues within the next 24 hours, this is the latest estimate I have.
All orders that customers have placed have been shipped except for pre-orders and a few out of stock items. Anyone who is particularly worried about an order can email support@ukecigstore.com or PM myself and they will receive a reply by tomorrow.

The reason why I ask for users to PM me is because I need to see their order history, it's very difficult to reply without having all the customer's details in front of me.
With regards to the UKeCig logo on the back of the VTR, the third picture on the VTR product page clearly showed the logo.

As always it was great seeing everyone again and to meet new members as well. It was a really fun night and I think it was the biggest turnout we've had so far, I've got a feeling that we'll need a much bigger venue for future meets alanfinal - thanks for organising another great event. Saw some great mods aswell especially blakey Billet Box and Moggy friend's custom made wooden box mod. I look forward to seeing everyone at the next meet and if anyone is around the Wembley area feel free to pop down our Store and have a look around.

With regards to the VTR, we do not have it stock, it is only available on pre-order with stock due in approximately two weeks time. I do not know why you were told that the VTR was in stock, I apologise for this misinformation. As for the Scar Dripper, if you ordered this before 12pm, it would have been shipped the same day (excluding weekends) otherwise the item gets shipped the next working day. We usually send dispatch emails after 5pm as soon as packages have been collected by Royal Mail. Therefore, if you received an email at 630pm your package would have been dispatched that day. Standard 1st Class delivery usually arrives the next day but it can take up to 3 working days in some instances. We are continually working on improving our customer services but there are some instances where mistakes happen. Can you please PM me your details so I can see exactly what happened with your communications. Thanks Habeeb I emailed you again today, asking what service you used to send this item as it is still not here. Ill let you go through your emails to find out which one it is, that way you may reply to at least some you have stacked in your inbox. If you took that generic response off it may also remind you to reply to your emails. Is the bricks and mortar store open yet? Hi, we usually reply to emails within 24 hours so you should receive an email very soon if you haven't already received one. We send our items via Royal Mail. Our bricks and mortar shops is being refurbished but you can have a look at all our products in our showroom and order them as well.
