OMg - went to work today as usual. Picked up my tobacco tin. (i keep my e cig spares and liquid in it). Put in my bag with my sandwiches and my flask and the other nibbles i seem to need now my appetite has got stronger.

I'm working in St Leonards which is about 15 miles from where i live. Anyway i got to work and got stuck in for couple of hours. Stopping every half hour or so for a chuff on my e cig.
At about 10.00am when i have a tea break my e cig ran out of liquid. I thought, just right, i'll top it up during my break (i sit in my van). I ate my grub and poured a coffee and went to fill my cartridge and ooooohhhh noooooo. I hadn't put my e liquid in my baccy tin.

I went from 10.00am till 6.00pm (when i got home) with only a couple of dry vapes that tasted awful.

I didn't crack though. I wanted some nicotine but didn't revert to going and buying 10 fags. The thought did creep into my mind i will admit.

I'm pretty pleased with myself.

I'm pretty sure too that i will not be in that position again......lol

I'm interested in the fact that you say you've sold out of the riva "again".

Is business booming ? Are the e cigs catching on ? I know they're gonna become more and more in demand as more people find out about them.
Until three weeks ago i didn't have a clue about them. So i'm staggered to find that there is soooo many people with them. Yet i have never met any other e ciggers/vapers.

I think you're get busier and busier. I'm working on my own for a couple of months but when i'm back on the sites i'll be telling everyone about them. I'm well known for giving up smoking and failing after a couple of weeks. So the fact that i'm still not smoking after three weeks is going to be of great interest to the many smokers that i know that want to quit.

Interesting to note lately that the changes happening in the Arab world are nothing to do with terrorism. Decent, ordinary Arabs in Egypt, Syria, Bahrain etc are standing up and saying "Enough". More power to them.
Iran clamped down on the uprising there. So it would seem that the Arab govt.s/leaders and terrorists are out of step with the good people. How fantastic that are raising their voices. And being heard by the world.

How great it would be to see a free Arabia. Where the people are free to practice their faith, OR NOT, without the oppression. Where thay will maybe have more democracy and equality between genders.
