You'll be fine Mel . . . it's a learning curve for all of us with gear. I normally leave my carto's for about 15 minutes after filling a new one, just to give the wadding time to absorb the liquid before I use it. When you come to fill another. Thanks perp have rinsed my clearo out and is now drying will have to use the carto till that is sorted thanks for al the advice guys

I was really happy with how the clearo was working for me so decided I would stick with them and keep the cartos for emergencies, so after a disaster with the delivery of new clearos it has suddenly become aforementioned emergency Am going to watch the videos again I think try rinsing the old clearo out tonight and leave to dry overnight My back up plan needs a back up plan .... lesson learnt

Heck few questions there ....
Yes I watched the video tutorial, the soft top one, is that right for the cartos in my Riva Kit? i thought I had got it right after watching that, after I have put the liquid in do you replace the white spongey disc on top or replace it with the mouthpiece which I have now found.
My batterys are still working well with my original clearo so no prob there i dont think

Hi Fred, No I forgot the soaking bit lol ah found the drip tip thing and pushed that on the top of the carto, I have a little rubber spike type thing, is that supposed to do something, have tried it with the drip tip on now and still not getting anything altho the carto is getting quite hot The clearo is a CE4, it is now full of juice though, this new one feels like it is bubbling up into the mouthpiece rather than what felt like and sounded like a coffee perculator which produced a vapour, hope that makes sense lol

Help !

I ordered two new clearos along with some more liquid as I knew at the rate I had been tooting the one I got with my starter kit it wouldn't last long and it's now pretty much knackered judging by the colour of the liquid in it. When my order arrived there was only one clearo in the package, ``bugger'' !!, methinks , no problem I will contact them and they will sort it besides I have the one they did send so no panic ..... few days, no replacement, or reply, and try the clearo that did arrive and it didn't seem to work. I have tried it again and I am sure I am getting liquid through the mouthpiece when I suck on it, don't like that idea ! Plan B ! I have some cartos that came with my Riva 1100 kit, watched video on here how to fill it and done that, problem is it seems like I am pulling on a dry sponge, have I not put enough liquid in? And sounds stoopid but I don't need a mouthpiece or anything? just suck on the end of the carto with the spongy end thing on top? Can anyone give me some hints on how to ressurect my clearo or tell me where I am going wrong with my carto Much obliged Mel

We should have a thread here with top one liners to anti vaping banter lol. What about "Ignorance is bliss mate, it means you can go on killing yourself" Great idea

Yes, it was fuelled by the fact that (unknown to me) an email had been sent round, (I work for a college), saying policy on E-cigs users was they were to use the smoking shelters with stinkie smokers which I did, purely because I can't be bothered arguing .... (anyway sorry for going off topic there Rosco)

Yes, we are waiting for the postie to arrive with two more Riva kits, one each for my daughter and son-in law, apparently they decided if I could do it anyone could, (think there was a compliment in there somewhere) lol and also one of my workmates is going to look at the website address and is considering buying a kit. So yes it is nice to hopefully inspire people, even as a beginner I was pretty niffed at some of the negative comments I got at work though, they arn't even worth typing it all out but suffice to say I wish I had kept my mouth shut about it lol

I will echo all of the above, express my thanks and appreciation to everyone here for their help and advice ........ and will also add the fact that I have found the information people give here is reliable and credible and therefore i can trust it .... that is soooo important when you are contemplating something new to yourself such as vaping .... if that made sense lol
