miniecig Sadly I have decided that I have waited long enough; longer than even was promised; which was nine weeks with payment upfront. Have cancelled my order unless it is shipped in the next 24 hours. I have asked chels to upgrade postage in order to limit the time that this order is already overdue and he has refused. Much as I want this device this is simply not good enough. I am really sorry for the delays. XvoStick is a new product, we have made wrong time estimation and the production has taken more time then we expected. Sorry once again. I am happy that you have bought the XvoStick anyway, and I am twice happy that you like it despite of all the annoying waiting time. Thank you very much for review. |

95 days from payment to door, but the pain of the wait is a distant memory now. Your wife is right Richard46 and this IS worth waiting for I understand, the waiting time was long, we met many difficulties and initial time estimation was not good enough. This has got me regularly refreshing my order page. Chels; Any chance of an update on the delivery schedule for Xvosticks order numbers. Mine is No 4475. 11th of May. miniecig hasn't logged on since 30/5. Still no reply by email re my O rings. Seriously rubbish sevice. I am so sorry that I missed your email. I haven't got a notification somehow, sorry once again. Normally we ship the orders once per week, we cannot arrange the shipment every day as we are not the store but the factory. We really had delays in shipment at the last 2 weeks. This was caused by started XvoStick shipment. There are too many orders to ship and we hadn't enough workers. Now the shipment will be faster. For this moment we have shipped first 60 order. This week we are going to ship the following 50 orders. |

We are working on the XvoSticks and we are doing our best to ship your orders to you. This is the first big batch and we have many unexpected difficulties. The quality of our product is very important for us and we prefer to delay the shipment but make really good products. We have many XvoSticks at the assembling now, and we are going to ship them by small batches as soon as they are ready. We understand that the waiting time is long and we can make a refund if you are tired of waiting. On the other hand you have already waited so long and there is the last step left. So if you wait a little more you will get really cool mod which has no analogues. The waiting is really worth it. Hope for your understanding and thank you for your patience.   |

miniecig when does the Xvostick ship please? I know you've had problems with the anodising but I paid over 2 months ago now. Thanks The production of the first batch is almost finished. The XvoSticks are at the assembling. We will start shipment at the beginning of June, if your order is under #4285 it will be shipped in the first batch. The second batch will be ready just after the first one, so the waiting time won't be long. Sorry for delay. This is the first run and unexpected difficulties appreared. Thanks for understanding. |

The MiniAtty is in stock now! The shipping is planned next week. There is a new version of the MiniAtty. It is still very small so we recommend it for experienced users. In this new version the quality of metal work was improved. We had complaints that the MiniAtty was sometimes leaking. Now we added a teflon insulator under the deck to protect the MiniAtty from leaking. The deck was also changed and now there is more space under the chamber so it is easier to set up the atty. The sales of the new tank atomizer are started! The new atty has a small deck which has a unique design. It is made of the whole piece of metal at the milling machine. This allowed to make the deck of the needed form (see the photos) There are no pins in Merkava, since the screws are screwed in directly into the base. The glass tube is screwed right into the deck. The chamber has spherical form so the coil is situated right in the center of the sphere. This makes the taste really sharp. The atom construction doesn't allow dry heats. It is easy to set it up and use. Merkava tank is perfect with the XvoStickHere you can add the Merkava to your existing order: Add productSo you can save on shipping.
