I can't say I've ever had any problems with FT and I have used them a lot in the last five or six months, probably three orders a month on average> I waited a week for one item to be restocked last month and eventually requested a refund instead. It was in my PP account within a couple of hours, so I can't complain. I would guess, as mentioned above, they are finding a lot more demand for vaping products than they had a few months ago. Vaporjoes site alone must direct hundreds of hits from the States to Fasttech on a daily basis. And then there's that canny thread on AAEC... I'm sure that's to blame for them always having to restock |

Agreed... I can understand that a company like this have more to worry about than my small order of a few metres ofecowool and wire here and there. For that reason I didn't bother following it up any more after the initial contact.. I just ordered again to get what I had actually wanted in the first place.
That said, unless I am looking for enough ecowool to build a Spiderman house, I probably won't be ordering from them in future.
Either they sell to people like myself and provide a reliable service , or they don't.
I seem to remember that before they started the VapeMesh side of things, I had a great service from them and I wish them the best in whatever path they choose to go with it.
