Yes, I sent 2 shots. I'm worried that they will say it's just cosmetic damage, tough. The crack is only on the outside, not the inside.
I'll pop up a pic later when I get onto my pc.

My chi you clone arrived on Friday with a big crack down the main tube  a manufacturing fault. Raised a ticket and had a reply saying sorry about that, does it still work? Of course it does but it looks awful. I wonder how this will pan out.... |

I have an old Lavatube, a mk1 stainless zmax, a satin silver provari mini with blue LED's, a Sigeli 19a, 2 sigeli 19b's and a Mister (limited edition full kit). I'm awaiting a chi_you and nemesis clone.
And I think that'll do me for a while...... But I REALLY like the look of the Valkerie.. Every day I am tempted to hit that pre-order button.

cheap_you, chrident atty, digital callipers and a chemesis from slowtech. Some bamboo wool from Greigster (deffo royal fail problem here) and some K12 aluminium&graphite anti lock paste (hopefully as good as noalox for a fraction of the price). I'm getting the hump with fasttech now. sing post is just so slow.... although it could have arrived here a week ago and royal fail are still playing football with it in a depot somewhere. |

I found the best way for me is to line up everything you are going to use liquid-wise, then go down the recipe in order. Then when used, place it well away from you, or back in the box it's kept in. If it helps, write the recipe down on paper and tick off each as it's used. I use small digital scales and a combination of kiddies medicine syringes and glass droppers, one per ingredient. I have forgotten to reset the scales between ingredients, but that has become less frequent recently as it really annoys me when I lose valuable ingredients.
I only ever mix 20ml at a time unless I know I'm going away for a while, then I'll make up 2x20ml batches (i found that 20ml in a 30ml bottle gives lots of space for shaking which in my mind helps and its quite therapeutic to have a good shake)

Not sure if I'm going to post this in the correct way, but just made up a mix I wanted to share  I discovered dot1ml, thanks to poochops - great mixing calc site that allows you to copy BBCode to make the thingy below obviously it's very liquoricey. The aniseed adds to it a bit and gives it a bit of a kick. I think it could do with a steep as the Lorann concentrate smells quite chemically in the bottle.
