Wow, thank you so much for the super-speedy and helpful replies. One thing I didn't mention is that I am luving vaping and luving the fact that I haven't used tobacco for over a week and see absolutely no need to now I've discovered vaping! Oh, one other thing: so now I have six batteries and 4 different chargers. Remembering which charger goes with which battery is becoming a bit of a pain. Is there a universal charger for batteries?

Hi guys! Love the forum! So glad I found it. A little of my back story: I purchased a couple of Nicolites 2 years ago. I was...ummm...less than impressed with them and put them away. A couple of months ago I decided I absolutely had to give up smoking so I started on Chantix. It worked, to a certain extent but I just couldn't completely stop smoking. I came across the Nicolites and thought I'd give them another go. To my surprise I found they did seem to provide the necessary hand-to-mouth habit and mostly seemed to provide a realistic alternative to smoking. Whilst Googling for replacement cartomisers, I discovered I could refill them so purchased some liquid. I them decided to try another type of e-cig and purchased one of these www.ecigwizard.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=MINI510KIT for a tenner. I was very happily surprised by the improved draw but of course the small power battery means it needs lots of recharging. I then found a mini eGo for 9 quid. I thought it might be useful for a transatlantic flight I have to take in a few days. In the past I've used snus on flights and tehy are nowhere near good enough. I liked the design of the mini eGo but the draw was way less powerful than on the mini 510. So I swapped the cartomisers over and found that the larger cartomisers from the mini 510 improved the mini eGo no end. Deciding to take a step up again I purchased an eGo-C yesterday (it cost 30 quid but half an hour later found the same one for half that price, which p****ed me off, but that's another story). It arrived today and...well...maybe I'm doing something wrong but it's nowhere near as good as the cartmiser e-cigs I've been using. The amount of vapour I'm getting is way too little to be of any use. I followed the instructions, I even checked out a couple of Youtube vids to make sure I was doing it right.
I've tried it with the cartomiser from the mini 510 on the eGo-C and it works like a dream.
My question is: are cartomisers just better than the atomiser and tank set up for amount of vapour produced, or am I doing something wrong? Also, is it OK to use the mini 510 cartomiser on the eGo-C or will I damage something?
