Have you tried taking omega 3 supplements before exercise? Studies show that it can help with post exercise muscle pain. Well done for even going to the gym, my bidey in is a bit of an exercise junkie, I don't even run for a bus.

I'm currently vaping quintessence by t juice and liking it a lot. Does anyone have any recommendations for any other 'Herby' tasting juices? Funny how I used to love dessert flavours but have gone off most of my sweet one (apart from vamp vape which is still Fab!)

Tmg, good thing about red Astaire and jack the ripple is that t juice concentrates don't really need any steeping, just mix and you're good to go!

Am currently vaping my own mix of coconut, dulce de leche and graham cracker - and its quite pleasant. But there's something missing, feels like it needs the corners rounded off or something? Maybe sweetner? Mixed at 10% of each, 18mg not sure of vg/pg. Help?
