If you think you have sleep apnea, you should ask for a sleep study.
You don't have to be overweight, I'm 6'2" and weighed in at 13 stone when I was diagnosed, I was stopped breathing as much as 30 times an hour.
The machine isn't noisy, you get used to it very quickly, the positives of using cpap far out way the negatives, believe me.

Hi Kibbster, sorry your having a hard time.
Have you had a sleep study done? I have sleep apnea an use a cpap machine every night, this has really made a differance to how I feel during the day.
I wouldn't mention vaping to the doc, just give him your symptoms.
Vaping has not effected my sleep apnea in a negative way whatsoever.

Karma you right it is a "blummin nightmare", getting from one side of the town to the other can be a major expedition.
rich64, I've caught a few of their posts myself and they do seem knowledgable and friendly but to be honest I think it's too much of a nightmare up that way at the moment.

Yeah, I came across a thread talking about the meet up. I am never anywhere neat Gorgi and to be honest the town at the moment is murder, so I doubt I'd head that way. There is another shop about half way down Leith Walk, it looks good to my untrained eye.
