Mine isn't rattley or anything, but about one in five times it doesn't fire. But it fires away next hit no problem. No biggie really, it's a "cheap" mod, and apart from that issue, it works fine. I've only had it a few days so far though. Almost 2 days between charging. First charge was through USB, then again last night on a proper charger. Both batts were at exact same voltage. Will do a test again, and do maybe 3 charges through the USB, then see if the batts are still balanced. Just watched djlsb' review and he has said that after upgrading to the latest firmware his misfires have disappeared so may be worth a shot if it's running the older version. Cheers for that. Just upgraded. Will see how I get on.

Bargain.
Surprised it hasn't been snapped up already. Don't think you can get the board as cheap.
If I hadn't just bought a Smok Alien earlier this week, and a new intercooler this afternoon, I would have had this.

Decent enough little device for me. As said above, some misfires, but it could be partly me getting used to a bar and not a button. Screen is great, battery life is great, vape is great, tank is a little small, but otherwise great. And I too wasn't impressed with the low savings from China vs the speedy delivery from UK. So just ordered it.
Would recommend overall.

Smok Alien with a TFV8 & a reauleux with a Freemax Starre Pure Both vaping a treat Waiting for the orange and black alien version to hit fasttech. Any problems with the firing bar blakey as there's a few reviewers having squeaky rattley problems with them? Mine isn't rattley or anything, but about one in five times it doesn't fire. But it fires away next hit no problem. No biggie really, it's a "cheap" mod, and apart from that issue, it works fine. I've only had it a few days so far though. Almost 2 days between charging. My mod and tank in my pocket? Just making sure the batteries are fully charged (or nearly fully charged), and the tank is full. Granted, if its a small tank (3ml or so), I'll maybe take a bottle of liquid with me too.
If I'm away overnight, I'll make sure I have a mod that's USB chargable with me. In fact, I'll usually do 2 of them. Along with a seperate tank for each of them. And some liquid for each of them.
10-30 batteries? Mental, just mental.
I like to have my RX200 with me when I'm out and about though. I know it's a bit big, and the battery life isn't as good as I'd expect 3x18650's to be. But it does sit nice in the cup holders in both my Golf and Alhambra. A normal single or dual 18650 device will slip out the holder and boot it under the brakes or something, so need to find somewhere else to store it.

Just got this through today... Initial impressions are good. Battery life seems good for sure. Been vaping at 65-100w all day, still appears to be decent batteries left. Nice, clear, easy to read screen with all the info I would even need. Easy to navigate the menus, works really well. The TVF8 Baby this is a revelation. I have been vaping mainly kayfun 5's the last few months. And the occasional dripper. Before that I was doing subtask mini's and Crius OBS v3's. And all of a sudden, I'm getting flavours in the Red Astaire I haven't tasted in months, if at all. Lovely. Not bad for an impulse buy, bought so I don't take the dna 133 on my travels anymore. Haven't tried the baby but in the tfv8 the flavour is loads better with the rba deck. Yes. Currently trying to hunt down the RBA deck. Might pop into that vape shop in Arbroath later. They sell the TFV8 so hoping they might sell this, and the RBA deck, although doubtful. Might just order from China.

Just bought the Smok Alien kit from DNA vapes. Arrived this morning. At £55, with the tank, it seemed a bit of a bargain to me. Had I known the DNA75 was on offer though, I would have probably went for that instead.

To be honest, I got these a couple days ago. Just the atties. SMYJ or whoever Kayfun 5 and a Velocity 2, both from Focal. So impressed was I that I have immediately ordered another Kayfun. I forgot how nice Red Astaire actually was after all these months with sub-ohm tanks, lol.

Nah, you mix straight into the bottle, no need for a seperate beaker to "mix" them. Much less mess. I just drip the liquid out of 100ml bottles into other 100ml bottles, reset the tare after each ingredient, and then shake / steep, good to go. No mess and no fuss.

I gave up on graduated measuring jugs / cylinders very quickly personally. Now I use this: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00EPO9M2Y/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1I decant my PG / VG / Nic into 100ml squeezy plastic bottles for ease of use, and just mix by weight now. Much easier and tidier, and quicker too. For any quantity of mixing too. Scott Bonners video on it is what got me started for sure...

Scandal and Madam Secretary are pretty good if you're into White House political stuff. Both are well worth a watch.
Suits, obviously.

I must be boring. Still on the Red Astaire, but have added Man Flu and Frozen Forrest from Vapours Oven in there too.
