Hi Serena, good advice above re the VG, it's also thought that smoking kills some bugs in your mouth and also reduces blood flow to the gums, so new quitters / switchers often experience problems such as ulcers and bleeding gums at first. I hope the VG works for you  |

Chrissie, too right! I'm still buzzing from the meet last night. I'm not great with meeting new people, I get nervous and talk crap lol, but no one seemed to mind. I also found we have quite a few in Essex, I was starting to think I was the only one!

Just thought I'd better say hello properly, even though I've already met some of you 'in the flesh' Although I'm new to AAEC I've been vaping since the beginning of April and have been a member of UKV since June under the same ID. I have been to the last two London & South East vape meets and also to Vapefest and have been absolutely knocked out by the friendliness and generosity of my fellow vapers. It feels as if I have a vast extended network of friends, most of whom I haven't even met yet! Like many I started out on an Ego/Ce4 starter kit and have progressed through various vv/vw set ups to my current favourite which is a mech mod + rebuildable atties and drippers, but my Egos and Ce4s still get regular workouts. I was a pack a day smoker before I discovered vaping and am one of those 'accidental giver uppers'. Although I have to admit to sneaking the odd one or two fags in the 5 months or so since switching, I could certainly count them on the fingers of one hand. Anyway, hello to you all! I look forward to chatting to you on the threads, and even more so to the next meet, I don't think I've laughed so much in a long time |

Hi folks!
Just had a brilliant time at the meet, getting on for 40 people there and all wonderful!
Ok, most of you haven't a clue who I am, I am from UKV where I met Alan, he took me under his wing at the last SE meet, then there was Vapefest where I met Julie, and tonight I got a lift home in the Dolly bus - so, so kind of her. Sorry if I seem to be gushing but I'm just soooooo pleased to be a part of this wonderful vaping community, and thanks so much to Alan for arranging the meet, it was da dogz!
