I aimed to cut down to a couple a day now I just vape don't even fancy a cig so it takes time but you will get there I do have the occasional cheat if I'm out on a night out though

How hard is it to get hold of! rocky horse chit springs to mind. it is awesome though. i vape it at 24mg and it's very strong. I know how you feel and found out today alien vapes not shipping to uk either |

you can always paint some clear nail varnish over them to stop this happening  This is why i love this forum, now the Mrs. is going to wonder why i not only steal her cotton wool pads, but now nail varnish lol She will be getting even more worried if you start using her tights to steep tobacco leaves haha |
