I'm mainly being nosey as I'd like to make sure you aren't paying too much  Hi Chrissie don't think they do, their e liquids are £5 10ml bottles the brand is " Jk's e- cig", I think if you buy more than 1 say 3 they give you 1 free not bought more than 1 at a time yet still trying diff' flavours to see which I like best. |

Hello Laurells &  Just one itsy bitsy point..... they are NOT oils! they are flavours in a liquid called PG (Propylene Glycol) which is a type of Glycerine. Oils are generally a no no in Ecigs. Any way well done you for being stinkie free I would say 18mg nicotine is fine for a Superkings Blue smoker, if you go too low you may find yourself constantly vaping, you need enough nicotine to stop you reching for your e-cig every 5 minutes, not that that's a problem though!  Oops 1st mistake lol. thinking of staying on 16 mg for a month then trying to reduce say every couple of months by a few mg's anyway i,ll just take it easy and see how i get on just happy i havent had a cig for 11 days! |

Hi everyone been a lurker for a week or two after reading about your site on the MSE website. Ive been a smoker for over 40 years and loved my cigs lol but decided that its about time I thought about my health and pocket so decided to give vaping a go after speaking to quite a few people who were hardened smokers and who have managed to give them up using the e cigs! Had my last cig on Sunday 28/07/13 and started vaping the next day and Im amazed at how long Ive gone without a cig never managed it before Ive tried the patches a few times but always went back on the ciggies after a few days! Ive got myself 2 1100 batteries and 3 clearomisers (sp?) up to now Ive tried a few oils/liquids at 16mg.... Orange - didn't like that 1....Grape liked this 1....Golden Virginia like this too.....and today I got blueberry which Im lovin'! Ive got a bubblegum oil but Its 18mg so gonna try mixing it with a lower bubblegum strength to see if I like it (my son has a stack of oils/liquids which he said I can try good lad lol)! I smoked Superkings blue for years so didn't want a high strength oil to try. Found an ecig shop local to me and the chap has been very helpful and lets you try different flavours to see what you like . Well that's about it for now off to read the threads and get some tips!  xx |
