If you have time could you tell me if you think there are any upsides to regulation of this market?
So far my thinking is that a regulated market for these products could mean higher quality and consistency products for end users. Do you think this would be worth a trade off in terms of pricing or do you think the market is perfectly capable of regulating itself in this regard (i.e. consumers will seek out and find the best quality products available and less reputable vendors will fail)?

Thanks for your input  It's going to be promoting the use of electronic cigarettes as a non harmful alternative to smoking. Most of it will focus on the 2016 legislation and will be a point by point rebuttal of claims made by various anti-smoking pressure groups |
