Just for info...... I have received a response from Jim which reads: We've been so busy for the last 8 months or so we haven't had any time to go anywhere near the forums which is a real pity. We're making e-liquids 14 hours a day, 7 days a weeks for our own retail customers plus supplying our e-liquids to other companies. Anyway, the offers up on AAEC still apply which means the BOGOF on the 30ml bottles is still running. We have no plans to cancel the BOGOF on the 30ml. Plus, we haven't passed on the latest round of Royal Mail price increases to customers. We've kept the postage at the old prices and we'll absorb that cost as long as we can. We may have to increase the Recorded Delivery prices though in line with RM's increases. We haven't decided on that yet.Happy days!!

Thanks Magsvape, Charon and masteedman for your feedback - I dropped Jim an email but haven't received a response - being as impatient as I am I guess I will make another order and see!

Ah I think I may be cursed with that affliction already Chrissie (though nothing's fallen off yet!) I daren't guess as to how much the cost implication is - just to say the first mech mod I bought I decided to buy 5!! This then opened my eyes to the world of VV/VW and I ordered a Vamo V3 which is winging it's way from Fastech and should be here in the next couple of days!

Thanks again everyone for the kind words of support and advice..... I do have a couple more question though if anyone could answer these please.
1. What is the best atomizer/cartomizer for use with 100% VG (currently trialing Vivi Nova rebuildable tanks)
2. What is shineyitis?? ???

from what I've ready rich64 - the main two drawbacks of 100% VG is a thicker mixture that some cartomizers struggle with (burning out the wick too quickly) and the potential for a build up of phlegm/catarrh which apparently high doses of VG can have a tendency to cause in some users.
I'm hoping my mum has an intolerance to higher doses of PG and not PG in general as I've purchased 30/70 and 80/20 eliquid to trial.... failing this I do have one bottle of 100% VG in reserve.
Do you believe that you have an intolerance to PG?

Thanks everyone for the really warm welcomes so far... I tend not to register on many forums due to the back-biting and trolling that seems ever more present nowadays.... as yet I've not seen anything like that on here and these welcomes just prove what a fantastic forum AAEC is! I think you've just adopted another stray.... lol

Hello everyone
I am new here, although I have a confession to make..... I don't smoke!
I registered in an effort to help my mother who, until around a month ago, smoked over 40 cigarettes a day for the last fifty-odd years... she is now down to 0 thanks to my neighbours ecig recommendation (he too has gone from smoking around 30 roll-ups per day to zero!).
Unfortunately it's not all good news, it appears she has had a reaction to the PG in the eliquid which has caused a heavy rash and swelling to her legs which (after lots of research) appears to be a build up of lactic acid. We're now trialling lower levels of PG/VG ejuice thanks to Joosejuice on here!
To be honest, I've kind of become obsessed with ecigarettes now as I look into things like rebuildable atomizers, mods, batteries and ejuices...... so really hoping this helps to keep my mum on the ecig trail and not deviate back to cigarettes on a 'technicality'.
Anyway that's me in a nutshell.... off to do more research, I must say the forums appear to be a fantastic point of reference.
Thank you for accepting me as a registered user.

Just wanted to thank you Joosejuice for some very fine Hazlenut eliquid that I ordered recently. It wasn't for me (I don't smoke) but for my mother who, thanks to my neighbour, tried ecigs about a month ago after smoking over 40 cigarettes a day.... she's now down to 0! Unfortunately, in the last week or so it appears she has had a reaction to the PG in that she developed a sore/itchy rash and swelling on her legs which (after much investigating) seems to be a build up of lactic acid. I've searched the internet high and low for a reasonably priced seller who allows buyers to customise their PG/VG and Nicotine ratio and then I found you. The jooce arrived today after only a two day wait and although steeping is recommended, she couldn't resist trying some - I've gone for a 30/70, 20/80 and 100% VG (varying nicotine between 6ml and 12ml) taster trial to determine if this will help ease the problems encountered with higher dose PG..... so here's hoping! BTW... she says the flavour is much better than the hangsen she was using, and the smell at present is that of a very sweet caramel although I expect this will subside gradually as the steeping process takes effect. I'll certainly be making recommendations to friends and neighbours who have taken up the ecig.
