Foclecig a UK plug is different than an EU plug. In the UK we use a 3 pin plug, I think most Chinese vendors just assume that as we are in the EU, it's the same. Unfortunately it's not. It would be fantastic if you could offer a UK plug option. Oh, my final order arrived today too, thanks again! Yes, if you too worried about it after waiting long days, you could ask for refund, but if we get too many claims on our Paypal account, this would make us in danger.
We didn't ask you not to ask for refund, but just wait patiently, we won't run away with your money. If your package is lost, we would DEFINITELY take the responsibility as we always say.
