I got my protank 2's from the group buy on October 7th delivered Friday the 25/10/13. Not bad considering tracking said dispatched on the 16th 9 days to get here in London. Just waiting for two more orders from the other group buys now but patiently waiting as I have recieved all other orders from Doris and all have been good so far and have also had great customer service too! You made my weekend! |

Is this likely to be a permenant situation? Does this mean that as a site all you will be capable of supplying to UK is Attomisers / Clearomisers and drip tips? Such a shame that such a large range of products are apparently no longer available from you to us in UK. Thanks for your attention on Focalecig. This is not a permanent situation. We will sell eliquid, pure batteries again once the customs policy is loosen. We could still selling mods and enlarging the variety, like K100. Batteries as accessories in the package is fine. |

Foclecig , what is your view on shipping of batteries and eliquid? Is this something which you are likely to find a away around by using surface mail or whatever at a low cost. It seems some of the shipping companies will accept but charge a fortune which is fine for large trade orders but not us little guys. Are Focalecig/wallbuys looking into alternatives? Hello, Brambles If the package ONLY includes batteries, the package would definitely be returned no matter what covers on the battery. And also, if some packages without batteries were shipped in the SAME BATCH of batteries packages, all package in same batch would be sent back to us. (Much longer delay, because the logistic company need to get them from the customs and send back to us). We have been through that. We have received some return packages few days ago because eliquid and batteries. So, we have to stop selling it. Batteries in the package as accessories might be shipped successfully. |

I got email from two clients in the US, which has received our group buy item Kanger protank 2, one of them wants to put a good word on Vaporjoes about our store.
We are sorry for the delay, but we are doing business in full heart. That was our first group buy event and things went a bit out of control ( too large demand which we didn't expect) . We are new so we are getting much difficult to earn your trust, but if there is something we could do for our customers, we will try every effort without hesitation.

What was said by doris on teh 27th was "Some Group Buy orders will be shipped before the long holiday in China( October 1 to 7)" Which they were not. How am I being unfair? As I said, I didn't necessarily expect mine to be in this batch, but she definitely said this before I ordered and then said, much later, that none had been shipped. When you said you decided not to do so I didn't make a fuss because there was no guarantee mine would be included, but it was disappointing to find out no one's had. Now you say that even after the holiday it took you nearly two weeks to ship them all out? These days, we got some packages from the customs which they returned to us. This was caused because of batteries and liquid thing.
