Thanks Rom, I have a batch of 5%/5% on power steep (70C water bath) at the moment, didn't like it with smoother in it (tasted a little bland tbh). Will try a 2%/5% mix as well later today  |

Hello Rom,
Great recipe book, tried a couple and enjoying them thank you.
I assume your 'Black Kitten' recipe is an attempt to make a Griz BC type flavour, have you revised/improved it since adding it here ?
