Juist rang them up even though I really shouldn't have to and apparently they do have it in stock, I asked for an email confirmation of the order being dispatched, not holding much hope though.

Ordered some more Virgin vapor juices, my second order with this company as they are supposedly in stock again. Well that's what I thought anyway lol, Says in stock on there website Payed for royal mail first class delivery So was expecting it around the 29th guess again xD got this response UK ECIG Store Oct 28 (3 days ago) to me Hello Robin, Thank you for your order. We are currently out of stock with the Organic Black Cherry Marshmallow eliquid. We can dispatch your order for you when we have them in stock or we can offer an alternative. Please advise. Regards Megan ........................... Wow n1! So I instructed I'll take any flavour you've got. Still no response on that 3 days later........ This company is a just a pain in the arse, why can't they introduce some kind of system where you can't buy a product if it isn't in stock, surely it can't be that hard! Edit: I also forgot to say that when I try and log into my account on there website it says my email doesn't exist, I spoke to a m8 and he has the same issue dunno wtf that's about... ................

robfromessex Lost track of where we are, have you received your order yet and all is to your satisfaction? Think last you said was it has been send out on the 8th. I received my package on the 9th but the 30ml e-liquid was missing I pmed igottheremedy the same day, the 9th and he sent out the 30ml and 5 Aqwa aclear wicks to make up for the ''special next day delivery'' that didn't happen.... they arrived on the 10th. Once I got in communication with them it was ok but it has still put me off for the future if I'm honest.

UKeCIG replied to my PM, they said they have sent out the order today and will reimburse the the special delivery money or send me out a free pack of 5 atomizer heads.

I'm new to this forum just registered because I am having issues with getting a response from UKeCig. I paid for My items on the 26/09/2013 I then received a message on the same day telling me they didn't have the Aqwa aClear DC New 2013 - Colour: Clear or the Organic-GeorgiaGold in stock. Which meant whatever happens I paid for a special next day delivery service when it was never possible to carry out. This is the response I got, and you can see I also replied to it promptly. I was fine with this as these things can happen I guess, even though the next day delivery was now out of the question. I didn't receive my package so I sent another email Still no response so another one a few days later That message failed ? So i noticed they had a different support email on there downed website support@ecigstore.com, so i resent the same message the next day Still haven't received a response to the situation, I actually rang them the other day I think it was last tuesday, it just went to answer phone but then the next day i managed to get through, I spoke to a lady on the phone, I wanted to give her my order ID but she didn't seem too interested and just asked me for my email address. Obviously still nothing has happened which Isn't the greatest first impressions on a website that I might of potentially bought a lot more E-liquid or other products from. Just in case UKeCIG is browsing over this my email is email address removed by Chrissie for safety issues. and my order ID is 54098 Just send me any colour Aqwa aclearDC atomizer 2013, Also I will take any Organic E-liquid you have in stock.
