alas its one of the reasons I stopped using subtanks, I've a clutch of bases that don't contact with coil and some rba's with solder on... and I don't know which works on what so in a fit of pique I changed to other more reliable tanks.
which is a shame really as when they are on point, they vape just how I like and are sturdy and well made, bar the bloody pin!

Just done my eight 'Isle Of Flavours' and hidden them at the back of my DIY stash and then mixed up 100ml of 'Nom Nomz' Creme Anglais because my 1st 50ml went down a treat!

yes, there is a review here:- Silva Looks good and after seeing the new Nautilus looks even better!! Think I might be tempted. I have this tank, its very well made and although its 19mm it tapers out and holds 4ml and the coils last an absolute age, I think the pair that came with the astral lasted me almost 6 weeks (each one)  BUT the only supplier of coils that I can find worldwide is iVapour (Ireland) and cost £2.95 per coil and although the tanks are available at fasttech for around £8 they dont sell the coils, in fact I cant find coils sold at SBody either. Its a terrible shame as the atomiser is lovely and designed for my sbody elfins (no overhang, but great capacity) I really love this atty and would happily buy 3 or 4 but cant bring myself to pay almost £3 a coil.  and from what Ive read online they dont appear to be rebuildable? --- but I will take the pliers to one and see... |

I prefer mouth to lung, and I'm using some high end atomisers (but they do all have clones)
I like the facility for juice control so use Merkeva (by Chels) Calix (by Leo) Tilemahos (GG) and Squape RS (StattQualm) Only the Calix is glass, others are polycarbonate so it depends on what juice to which tank...
Another option, if you quite like nautilus coils is the Beyond Vape Silo as its 5ml capacity and attractive on the eye, also you might like to try a Kabuki (clone) as they use same small nautilus coils.
The Aspire Triton is mtl with higher ohm coils, and uses same coils as the aspire atlantis tanks which are more airy. I have triton mini's and I can use nautilus or triton coils and visa versa and they are great, slightly airier than a nautilus and capacity is less than the full sized but as its top fill I find that no problem.

Ahh, that it a beauty - thanks for extra pictures, now I can see all its glory! drunkenbum what a fabulous combination, I love hybrids best I'm almost positive that Graeme from Siam Mods has some stabwood drips in that shade of purple, but you might be wanting acrylic and I cant recall ever seeing a purple infused with underlying gold like in your mod? You might have to hunt a solid shade as there's so much detail already in your eclipse |

It is, and it wicks so well and plenty of fluff to bung up channels (or holes) Most tanks nowadays have HUGE channels and without scottish wicking I'd get juice weeping through so this solves issue.
Nowadays I mostly sit half my saturated wick on deck and centre part down into channels so I get decent wicking and no flooding.

I know if you (or anyone here) lived in my area I'd be more than happy to meet up over coffee and do wine vape sample testing, coil rebuilding lessons or even DIY mixing hands on experience classes  |
