Chrissie - 'if you can be bothered'?
Thanks for the cue to leave. As an administrator you have a terrible attitude and this is indicative of your largely elitist and arrogance membership, no doubt made up of people that contribute very little beyond protecting their nicotine habits and masquerading as public health heroes.
Cue the derision and personal attacks on me. Good for you all that you express yourselves so eloquently and do something positive with your lives. Not a moment wasted Carpe Diem!!
Best of luck nerds

There seems to be a mixture of knowledgable and kind people and unfortunately one or two bad apples/bigots that are just aroused by the prospect of an argument.
The brand I have is created from scratch and the only thing resembling the one mentioned is the tip. Mine have a patterned sticker wrap and has a drip tip built into the mouthpiece so in no way could this ever be called a fake and yes I am insulted by that accusation!
Back to the original question - I suppose I shall have to upload a photo a little later but I thought it is a fairly simple question in the first place?

All,
I really don't want to be naming the company sending me their legal letter as I know that this could frustrate the process if I am seen to be asking anyone ie showing my lack of knowledge on the subject.
My lawyer charges £250 per hour for a junior researcher to do what I am doing so I am trying to he more reliable information from people that probably have a clue!
I do import them from China but I pay import duty, vat and had both batches tested. I believe I have done everything by the book. I am responsible and I am sure the company woul prefer to sue me rather than the factory.
The 'patent' is called a Community Design Registration and it is solely regarding the diamond tip. I admit that I launched a few weeks after they had their registration in place but how was I to know this!
I need to somehow discover an EU non nicotine disposable. Somme people call them e-shishas. I cannot find anything online that can support me in any way.
My hope is that they will not follow up but I do not want this company wasting my time and putting a claim in.
They are profitable. I make 24% net and my customer 42% POR. It would be much more if I hadnt gone to so much trouble making sure they are fit for the UK market
Appreciate any help and reliable information anyone can give me.

Can anyone out there give me some help please? I won't name the company involved but I am a small cash and carry and I imported some shisha pens. Quite a few local businesses are selling them and they are popular as we have quite a few nightclubs here.
Got sent a letter saying they have an EU design patent on their diamond tip. I was really worried about this and had to spend money with my lawyer. He says I need to prove that a diamond tip was used before. He is not sure of this applies to the nicotine ones or just shisha.
Does anyone know if any brand used a diamond tip on a single use disposable in UK or Europe?
Really appreciate any help anyone can give me. I am really worried and I don't want to give up this profitable line because someone is bullying me.
Thank you all
