Thanks all, we didnt go on forums before and i didn't think people would make a big deal about this. on behalf of the company i've said what we need to say. we've taken action for the sake of our customers and our company. we will not give out information of any customer out as well as our old company for customers privacy business reasons. we're no longer keeping our old data, and doing our best to get our business going. What you see now is what it is, its up to you to decide whether we're the bad guy or good guy, we will have to live with it. Still we have happy customers to take care of. we're on here with the hope to get to know more of ecig vapers, and not just for our business but customers can have more choices on the ecig wise and prices to compare. megaecig I would like to know the name of the company that gave you my email address please. It will not have been from any ecig company a few years back as I did not even know what an electronic cigarette was until February 2012. The issue for me is not the unwanted email; it is knowing which company has divulged my personal information without my consent. Dear Julie, At present we're going on a bad path, i understand personal data is our priority, just to reassure you again we do not sell or buy data from any other company, please take this as a positive way as we have done our best to stop the email. we may kept a few of client emails from years back since we're trading in ecig business. old database has been removed as we're trying to move forward, and allow me not to mention our old company which was a failure since the recession hit us. Just to let everyone know, there is no way that megaecig has got your email info via this forum. I am looking into this matter further. you're right Chrissie, this is a nightmare for me, we have suspended the marketing department for further discussion and wipe out the data that previously used. Our apology to everyone about the emails again, this has been a terrible mistake when we did not consult with the marketing department they must have sent newsletter to old clients, we've left everything for them to manage, we found it's very irritating for their work that they've done, We have removed the old database from our system and i can reassure you the wont be a second email from us. Please do not take the email as a bad thing, i have got to the bottom of the case and have taken action to make things right for our clients' sake. I understand sometimes we don't want unwanted emails to disturb, again our apology and I'd like to take this opportunity to get to know you better. please reply to our email with your address and we'll send you something free to try. Consider our current price on all of the products is tax free, We will discuss with the management team to consult more on market price. archiecat & Phoenixflame (Julie) I've found that our old system which our shop previously used (mainly telephone database) have your contact, you may have previously ordered from us or may be from years back. (note that our former name was not megaecig, our company was suffer recession couple of years back, we have fell behind and now we manage to come back from our previous fall) We're really sorry about any inconvenience caused, We don't buy or sell our customers' data and there won't be a second email sent to you against your will.
