ooer thats not the best news.. have you tried contacting focal for operating instructions?

tho i just checked the focal ad page and there is no mention of a manual?

have you checked what happens when u press + and - together for a few secs fire and + or fire and -
the result of the keypreses may indicate the way the board operates??

Good idea might contact focalecig to see if they've got a manual

Is this in normal or TC mode?

On some TC mods you have to make sure the temp is set to OFF for it to deliver in wattage mode.

I have one of these that is a couple of months old and I think the battery is failing already, it arrived completely flat so I always suspected it wouldn't last long.
I can't be bothered trying to send it back so am after a replacement battery hopefully with a few more mAh, have seen this one just wondering if there is a better option from the battery gurus on here.

Yep I was thinking that myself, but in the meantime found 2900mAh sony 10A on the Ecolux shop on fleabay.

Off subject a bit but does anyone know of a decent supplier of tagged batteries for if the ones that come with built in ones prove to be a bit err dodgy, I've seen the hobbycraft ones but they're only about 1300mAh and postage is extortionate.
