Just another warning about cloned Sony batteries, there are dozens of sellers in China selling these things in large quantities. This is one of the very few that state that they are clones. Dont go near any Sony batteries for sale. Sony dont make them anymore. See the highlighted part of the second pic (a very rare occurence). The highlighting is added by me.
There is no way to know what is underneath that perfectly cloned label.
I know this has been posted before about cloned Sony batteries, but it needs to be kept current, new vapers starting every day.

Good post robby, and thanks for the reminder regarding Sony batteries. There will be new vapers reading up on mech mods and the like who see Sony VTC batteries recommended and then plump for these at seemingly a good price, only to find that they are not what they seem.

With the current high current/cloud chasing/subohming these days, the dangers are much greater from these things than it was before. Longer pulls on these things is really a scary thought.

Another name to be wary of, Bestkalint. These have been just listed on Fasttech, a big range of batteries with the label based on the now discredited Efest design. I cant find one single test of Bestkalint batteries on the web and even though Fasttech appear to have battery testing equipment, they only seem to use it on genuine batteries

Yea who knows if these could be some really basic icr batts or could be a rewrap of a decent battery, not worth the risk, theres plenty of good batteries out there from samsung, lg, etc these days that might even work out cheaper than the original sonys, although some might not last as long but with the low prices you can just buy a few. Yea these days with high watts if the battery doesnt have the right c rating for the volts n amps required then you could short them quickly.
