He did say that they would start shipping on the 1st March, not that all orders would be shipped that day.
I expect there is quite a backlog to catch up on.

The bestest ever RY4 for me Macca, was the Titan one that TW did, Toby at IVapour sold the Janty version and I'd say it was the same, gorgeous stuff - for me. That's been discontinued sadly and I've not tried their replacements. With HC's version, I add some TPA Caramel Original Flavouring, that sweetens it up a little more and takes away some of the 'dry' flavour I find. The replacements were no where near as nice. More like standard Dekang RY4. I found the HC RY4 very dry and all I get is the taste of popcorn at the moment. How much TPA Caramel do you normally mix with it? |

You would be better mixing it before you put it into the carto otherwise it will depend how the juice has collected in the filler.
The most it would be is 20mg though, the rest would be a somewhere between 8mg and 20mg.
