If the order contains no round objects - apparently a Wismec RX200 is too rounded for this - then epacket is worth paying more for. These get to you a lot faster.
I've found Singapore Post to be extremely slow to here lately. China Post has always been reliable for me and acceptably fast.

One of the Manabush juices is just this combination. To me the tobacco (which I don't like) completely drowned the custard.
I'd start with about 75% custard juice and 25% tobacco. Assuming I wanted to vape tobacco flavours at all.

The PO can do amazing stuff sometimes. I lived in Western Zambia in the early 80's. Normally a letter took about three weeks to get back home. Once (In two and a half years) I wrote a letter on Monday and got the reply from home on Friday.
Then there was the letter from the Makasa Sun hotel in Victoria Falls that took three years to get to me - with the most impressive set of postmarks I've ever seen. Including one from Zaire where they were reputed to eat the mail.
But mostly they depress rather than impress me.

I have 1 landed yesterday and the other 3 are on route so I may have a parcel Monday/Tuesday If I get my stuff from China within a month I'm happy I've never had anything from China in 72 hours tho please share the secret 72 hours after the carrier says it has shipped out. This can be weeks after I've paid for it. My all-time record was an packet from FT that got here 8 days after I paid for it. Two-three weeks is more usual. I always check and anything with a "due by" date gets cancelled on the spot. Likewise anything that goes to "Restocking". You can wait a very long time for those items.

My two orders. Just cancelled the items that went to "Restocking". RX200 "shipped" of Feb 14. But wasn't received by Singapore Post till 19th. The say it "Shipped to UK" on the 22nd. That will be right! Maybe they'll find a space on a plane sometime soon. Usually I get stuff 72 hours after it ships out. So waiting to find more info about where it actually is... From China. I very much doubt that Does happen. Notice I said "After it ships out". Normally it is within 24 hours after the carrier says "ships out". FT said it shipped out on Feb 14th!

An 18350 it says.
And 50W it says.
Ignoring conversion inefficiency which can be huge - I have a 50W mod here that claims maximum draw is 23A.
50W from a 4.2V cell is just shy of 12A which is more than any 18350 I'm aware of can handle.

I presume you mean 1.2% or 12mg/ml.
So to get 100ml of 12mg/ml juice you need 1200mg of nicotine in total. But you have 100ml already and adding the nic will up the volume. 17ml of nic at 72mg/ml will give you 1200mg of nic so you now have 117ml which will give you 10.25mg/ml nic.
If this isn't close enough add another 3ml of nic and you now have 120ml of juice containing 20mlx72mg/ml = 1440mg of nicotine which is 12mg/ml.

Someone out there probably does.
The guys who lung inhaled burning tobacco come to mind.
I never did that. And would have coughed up various sphincters - and probably my toenails if I'd tried.

A 300W mod needs a good 3 cell Lipo or 6 18650s at best, preferably 9.

What really worries me is that the mod might actually do 300W.
Briefly.
Then the only issue is vaping a bomb.

Ithaka clone. Biggest PITA to build, and frankly not worth the effort.
