As with a lot of things in vaping what works for one may not work for another so its down to personal preference. I tend to inhale and as I'm ex-haling through the nose take another long draw and exhale. My brother on the other hand takes a double draw then exhales.
As long as it works for you then thats all that matters.

We get the same TH after eating, have to have a quick drink before a vape. In the mornings I walk the dog before breakfast so always have a drink of Juice (oranage or cranberry not e liquid  ) before I go then take the MVP with me and start on low watts and volts and increase as I go. When I get back its breakfast, 2 cups of coffee and pick up a mech and vape  |

Hiya guys, We are Bill & Andy, brothers from Merseyside (don't worry you will get used to it) who love vaping. We have been vaping a little over 3 months and haven't looked back. We started with an E-Lite but that lasted just over a day as it was crap but the good thing about it was it got us on the rocky road to shinyitus as we now have an MVP, Magneto and Vanilla with numerous protanks and hyper tanks and Iatty, Fogger V3 and the amazing KFL+.
