My sony 18650VTC5 3.6V 2600mAh are taking around 9 hours to charge on a Nitecore I4 Battery Charger is this about average my 18650 panasonic 2600mah take 6 hours

i had a problem with my mvp it would not charge sent it back to myepack and received a replacement back after they found it was faulty
