Your prices are keen Lloyd, but your £4 postage is a killer for me. If you could sort that out, I really think your orders would increase. Having said that, when I have looked at your website most of it is always showing "sold out". So perhaps you have as many orders as you can cope with at the minute?

I placed an order late last night (order confirmation email was sent at 23.40) Received package at 11.30 today! (In case anyone's wondering if I live next door to them- Myepack is 120 odd miles from me!) Superb service Wow that's excellent. I paid £3 for 1st class delivery from LTecigs and it took them 9 days. I'll check Myepack out.

9 days, in fairness, is somewhat taking the Michael! I don't think I'd be going back if it was me either They've not let me down in the past, it's a shame you've had a bad experience with them ljThank you poochops, its all a bit hit and miss really isn't it? There's so many suppliers out there, it's just a case of finding one who is a good all rounder on price, despatch and product. Clearmist and VIP are a couple of places I've tried in the past both with good delivery times and decent products. I think I tried LT because of their prices, but I've found the saying "you get what you pay for" is definitely true when it comes to them.

Just an update to say my order from LTecigs finally arrived yesterday - 9 days after ordering, that's a terrible service. Can't recommend the menthol e liquid as my husband has been coughing since he started to use it. Good luck to all those who enjoy this Company. I have found nothing to recommend them and would never use them again.

Sorry to buck the trend guys, but I'm pretty p*ssed off with LT's service. Ordered a couple of things early Friday lunchtime and still haven't received them. Emailed their customer svs on Monday to say how disappointed I was with the slow dispatch time bearing in mind the nature of the product. Anyway, Sharon replied to say that I agreed to the terms and conditions and rudely advised me not to leave ordering till the last minute next time! So I said that if I left it till the next minute again I wouldn't risk ordering from them. Sharon wrote back to say I had no idea of business and that my custom was no longer welcome. To top it off I still haven't received my items, but they took the money quick enough. Their delivery times are abysmal and customer service consists of some woman at the other end insulting customers who have the nerve to complain. Don't know what kind of an outfit they are running, but someone needs to tell them they're not the only ecig seller in the market. Sorry guys, rant over, but saw this thread and felt others should know that this Company doesn't like complaints and doesn't know how to handle them in a decent manner. I can't agree with your comments either lj . . . in addition to the vagaries of Royal Mail, it appears to me that Vendors increasingly have to cope with unrealistic customer expectations. There was a time when I'd be happy to receive any delivery within a week and indeed I still am. Welcome to you. Thanks for the welcome anyway. Tbh, when companies like Vape escape etc are offering same day despatch, I think its unrealistic to expect customers to wait a week and to be rude to them when they have the nerve to enquire after their order. Looking back on this thread I'm not the only person to have issues with their slow delivery and I certainly won't use them again.

To be fair mate, it's only Tuesday, if they were dispatched yesterday you should have it by Thursday. LT have an excellent rep and run a great website, I think if you approached me with the same attitude as your first post on this Forum, I'd have given you short shrift as well. Take a chill pill. Sorry to have upset everyone with my first post guys (I'm female by the way), but I thought this thread was inviting people to share their experiences about Companies you are p*ssed off with, not about Companies with an excellent rep and a great website? otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

I've edited the title of this thread, it's developed into a general discussion about LT's products/service which the vast majority of us are perfectly satisfied with, so it doesn't seem fair to have " p*ssed off " in the title anymore.
