striker42 i used the back of a stanley black (not the sharp side) scored it about ten times then gently pushed one side over the worktop it broke off nice and clean. To get a good finish i used micro mech pads looks like glass in the right light.

dalealan ive only ever used it once and ohhh my it looked awfull i thought about painting the garage door in it but would of been cheaper to buy a door Thanks drunkenbum i was hoping that will drop him a message tomorrow see what he says Nigel's a top bloke and takes real pride in his work. The finish is top notch and tough too. You wouldn't get anywhere near it with hammerite lol Thats my mind made up

Takes ages to dry and harden properly but it lasts forever on calipers. Oh to be young and daft again instead of old and daft I used the hammered one but think there may of been some oil or something on the box its reacted nicely ha ha, i used to paint the drums on my cars thought i was the dogs danglies, im a youg man in a worn out body

Cheers drunkenbum just found him looks right up my street. Get a tin of hammerite and there should be enough to do about 100 Now theres a thought i have green in the man cave, why didnt i think of that But will it look as sexy. drunkenbum do you send him your mod or buy one already done by him ?

The svb powder coat isn't too pricey to be honest. I paid 35 quid plus postage to get my Pico done Where can i find svb powder coating drunkenbum please is it a fb thing ?
