Just got my first serious batch down from the loft left them for 4 weeks, also before bottling I use a milk frother to mix and get air into the juice.
First one I tried was T Juices Colonel custard very nice only used 10% will raise to 15% next time but it's very vapetastic!
Will add comments on the others soon

Yes, they are plastic. I ordered a couple and got some 500ml glass bottles from Ampulla and decanted
