Ok so I received my new kit today, and I'm now having a problem where the light on the battery remains blue after being taken off charge, and as such cannot be turned on or off etc, any ideas anyone?

Just got in touch with the seller, they're sending me out a replacement today, with a free e-liquid & free MT3 for the inconvenience, not bad at all Where/who is it from? I'd be tempted to take the freebies and never go back. www.ebay.co.uk/usr/vaperexpertsThose guys, they have a website too but it's pretty crappy, has their contact number on the website though so saved me waiting around for a reply on ebay. www.vaperexperts.co.uk/They don't actually sell the item I purchased anymore by the looks of it, still, great customer service that they've offered me so much for nothing

Hi, try using a wall charger? Yeah I've tried a wall charger mate, same thing happens. Off topic but I'm also from Liverpool Edit: Actually, one thing I just noticed with the wall charger, the light on the battery goes a solid blue, but the light on the charger is still green, is it charging? By goes a solid blue I mean I'm not having the issue where it flashes then goes off, instead the light on the battery is staying blue Edit again: after around 3 minutes of the light being blue, it flashed 5 times then the light went off again, strange?

Curious... your charger is already ON as you attach your battery?? Yeah it's connected to the usb already, I've tried attaching the battery first though makes no difference

Unfortunately it does sound like it has failed. Have you a second battery you can try on the charger to check the charger is working correctly? I don't at the moment unfortunately, I'm just confused as to how if the battery has failed, the blue light still comes on when it is connected to the charger? Or is that using the electricity direct from the charger?

I know that this is my first post on the forum and as such feel somewhat cheeky asking for help, but perhaps if I hang round long enough I can return the favour for someone at some point Ok, so here's my issue: When I plug my battery into the usb charger, the usb charger's LED remains green (as if the battery is fully charged) the battery then flashes several times, followed by a longer flash (maybe 1-2 seconds of solid blue light) then flashes several more times before the light goes off. If I then remove the battery and click 5 times as I usually do to turn it on, nothing happens at all, no light or anything. I largely doubt that the battery is out of lifespan at this point as I have only recharged it maybe 15 times since I got it about a month ago (I don't use it all that much). I am in the process of uploading a youtube video showing the flashes etc and will add it to the thread once it has uploaded. Things I've already tried: Raising the center post on the battery. Several different charging sources including usb wall charger.
