Is there supposed to be a gap wider than lilo's legs between the nemmy and the kayfun?
Am I just doing it wrong?

All concentrates - 30ml each of Red Astaire and Tangerine Dream for T-Juice, and 10ml bottles of Gingerbread, Citrus Punch and Caramel. From china? If so where can you buy them cheaply?!

are you not hammering it vaping non stop? that would cause it to get hot,but your vamo has built in protection so i would just keep vaping haha May have been the issue. Stuck an Iclear30s on for the day out when I came back I stuck the kayfun back on and it is fine now. So to summarize: I made a functioning coil. Feel a bit like this:

Got to be honest, pretty darned happy with that especially as my other coil was tasting very strange. problem being that my kayfun is now getting warm, and I mean very warm. I assume that is bad, I am wondering what typical rookie error I have made though. thanks as always. 1.2 ohm coil will heat up a lot faster than say a 2 ohm and generate more heat. It could be that your wick is not wicking fast enough to keep the coil from over heating. Try packing in a bit more wick around the coil and see how that goes. Tried this and still extremely hot. without the chimney it is fine, but with it can get warm very quick. Da fuq?

I've not used the Kayfun yet Chris plenty on here have so can already see help incoming but big gratz on making your own coil! Did you test it first to see what ohms it is getting? Yeah mate, 1.2 (lowest vamo will fire).
