Sorry to have been quiet recently. Been very busy with some health issues. I had not realised it was Easter Sunday either. Sorry but I can't make that. Would anyone be interested in a meet in the Boscastle area later in the year?

Charon. I think we have a supporter in the Newsnight team. Throwing in sugar like that spoke volumes. It was telling people that nothing is sacred when the ANTZ in the health business get a bee in their bonnet. Other than that, McKee came across as an idiot.

Thanks for all the welcomes and thanks DiscoDes for the link. At the moment I am happy with the Kanger kits I use and am still trying different flavours although I seem to be settling on a Mocha/chocolate mix. I am very lucky in that my daughter is quite the expert (some of you know who she is eh DD) so I don't have to look far for help but thanks for the offers. Had a quick look through the forums and it looks a very useful and friendly place.
