Thank you I found those vids really helpful. I'm still plodding on with my starter kits after about a month and and now starting to look around at other kits and being a bit more brave with my liquids. Looking forward to your next vids

Hi guys. Just wondering if I can clean out my iclear 10 that came with the itaste ep. My other iclear 16 come apart and I can clean and dry burn them. This doesn't so not sure if I can just rinse it out and dry burn. Sorry if this is a daft question but I'm still learning and cannot find any instructions on the web as how to clean them

Thanks I will. I keep swapping my flavours but think I need to try something different as I seem to be getting numb to the ones I have. I mixed blackcurrant with apple just for a different taste and that seems to be helping. Tomorrow is another day

Been vaping and off the stinkys for about a month. I'm still laid up after my foot op (I suffer from c m t). So still can't get out and about on my own. I'm still enjoying vaping trying different juices and clearomizers. My fiancé bought me an itaste ep for my handbag. Think today it was just a case of boredom and the sun shining, I had my first real crave which lasted most of the day. Has anyone else been like this after this length of time?

Hi guys. Had my op and still kept off the stinkies. I'm going to be laid up a few weeks recovering and I am so glad I started vaping when I did as I am sure it will help with my recovery plus so much easier to reach for my vap pen.
A big thank you to this forum as any quiries I have I can find answer to in the search function

I was fine. I could smell them when they came in and saw how much they paid for the cigarettes, and thought that's just how I was. My boss even said it was ok to use my ecig in the kitchen/store room, I was going to nip outside like I used to when I smoked. Well happy

Thanks for the replies, I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself, one day at a time. I feel quite positive after reading all the posts from people who were long time smokers and they are now happy vaping.

Hi I've been vaping for a few weeks, I seem to manage going a few days without smoking then go and buy 10. Think it is just physiological as I don't enjoy them when I buy them and say right that's it. I'm enjoying vaping after smoking for 35 years and trying everything to quit. I lost my Mum 3 months ago and I am still grieving badly and the thought of stopping smoking at this time seemed impossible but I feel like I can do this, with the help of vaping. I've got an operation coming up so really need do this. I upped my nic level from 18 to 24 today and feel better for it. I joined the the forum a few days ago and have had a good read but think it is going to take me a little while to get my head around everything. Everyone is so welcoming and understanding I thought I would be brave and introduce myself
